Product Description:
This machine is suitable for PVC, PE, PET, HIPS, PP and other plastic sheet plastic into a variety of different shapes containers. The machine is combined with pneumatic, mechanical and drive to achieve automatic continuous working of feeding sheet, forming, demoulding, ection cutting and stacking. Using PLC control system makes the machine working more reliable. Dual-chain feeding device with photocell control is used to achieve stable and reliable feeding. The width and length of feeding can be stepless adjusted accurately, suitable for the arrangement of different mould, with high use-factor of the sheet. The function of two-step vacuum, it also has the functions of secondary upper die, demouding by vibration, and delaying vacuum, forming is sultable for making the products of large depth. The machine can be forming by negative mould or positive mould, convenient and fast for replacing the mould. Equipped heating system with upper and lower heaters of hollow far – infrared heating pieces for two – section heating. Divisional temperature control system makes heating ptocss economical, equal and easy adjusting. Wit wind cooling and water fog system, so as to work cortinuously without water cooling inside mould, especially suitable for production by non-metal mould. Equipped with dual – shaft materialloosing device, section-cutting and stacking unit, to improve production efficiency.
