Founded in 1989, Shenzhou Baofeng Hardware Products Co., Ltd. is a fully integrated manufacturer and exporter of wire products, woven wire meshes, and fence products. Our company is located in Shenzhou City, China. We have more than 20 years' experience in this field. Now we have 3 divisions to produce wires, wire meshes and fence products.Wire Product DivisionWe have 6 sets of production lines to produce hot dipped galvanized wires, electro-galvanized wires, black annealed wires, and baling wires. The wire diameters range from BWG 10 to BWG 28. Zinc coating can be more than 300GRS/sqm. Packing weight per coil can range from 1kg to 1000kg. Our monthly output is more than 1500 tons. Our wire is widely used in making nails, wire ropes, binding wires in construction, wire meshes, and wire fences for farms and gardens.Woven Wire Mesh DivisionThis division mainly focuses on woven wire meshes for filtration and sifting. We have 12 sets of shuttleless looms and pre-crimped looms to produce square weave wire meshes, and pre-crimped wire meshes. Our weave types include square plain weave, square twill weave, Dutch weave, and pre-crimped weave. The materials for weaving wire meshes include stainless steel wire, pure nickel wire, brass wire, copper wire, carbon steel wire, Monel wire, Inconel wire, titanium wire and other rare metal wires. The width ranges of our woven wire meshes are from 2.5cm to 8 meters. The monthly output is 10,000 square meters. Our woven wire meshes are used in filtration, mine industry, chemical industry, and recycled plastic industry.Fence Product DivisionOur various fences are widely used in security system, protection, and decoration. Our fences include wire mesh fence, welded mesh panel fence, temporary fence, high security fence, 358 fence, 3510 fence, chain link fence, expanded metal fence, airport fence, palisade steel fence, sports ground fence, razor wire fence, crow and access control fence, and gabion barrier. Our fence finish can be powder coated and galvanized.
