We can design, manufacture and complete air separation plant according to end users' climatic, geologic and water quality conditions, as well as their different purity and quantity requirements for oxygen, nitrogen and argon.We have capability to design and fabricate air separation plant with capacity from 10,000Nm3/h to 40,000Nm3/h to satisfy different requirements from customer.
Features of our plant:
1) The process is a sort of wholly low-pressure refrigeration recycles; high efficiency
turbo expander is adopted to refrigerate and adjustable nozzle is used to adjust
refrigeration amount
2) High efficiency isothermal turbo air compressor, gas cooler and water separator
are adopted; the whole unit is with high isothermal efficiency, less energy
consumption and reliable running
3) Aluminum plate fin heat exchanger is adopted, which is with compact structure,
low flow resistance and high heat transfer efficiency
4) Adopts molecular sieve purification system, and the production ratio between
O2and N2 is 1:2.5, with simplified process, less matching equipment, and
easier erection and operation
5) The DCS system can be adopted according to end users' requirements to realize
automatic control and reduce power consumption

China National Air Separation Plant Co., Ltd. (hereinafter refers as 'CNASPC') is a professional company mainly engaged in designing and producing such products as air separation plant, environment protection plant, pipelines, cryogenic tanks, cylinders, valves, regulators and packing containers. Our company is one of the members of China Machinery Equipment (Group) Corporation, which is the biggest group in machinery industry in China.Established in 1981, we always take the promotion of air separation industry as our own task. Through more than 20 years' successful development, we have developed into a trans-regional conglomeracy, consisting of 33 member units including all sorts of special manufactories for air separation plant and relative products, metallurgical and chemical design institutes, research institutes and equipment installation companies. Now CNASPC takes a leading place in such fields as process design and calculation for air separation plant, rectifying arrangement and calculation, DCS control, as well as cryogenic storage tank design and manufacture. We have the designing certifications for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd pressure vessels and for preventing environment pollution. We are the grade A company dealing with mechanical and electrical equipment and complete plant approved by the government and obtained the grade A qualification of bidding for construction plant.In the past years, CNASPC has undertaken more than 200 projects of engineering design, equipment completeness and equipment installation in various methods. The general contract amount is about USD3.0 billion and the general trade value is over USD 0.1 billion. We have provided more than 80 sets over 1,000nm<sup>3</sup>/h air separation complete plant for the national key engineering as well as large and middle size enterprises, among them, around 70 sets are over 6,000nm<sup>3</sup>/h (O<sub>2</sub>) capacity.
