We own couples of industrial departments for aluminum, stamping and outdoor products. The main products include aluminum parts, stamping parts, outdoor tents and trolley wheels. Especially for our aluminum department, the facility area is around 4000 square meters.Introducing advanced equipment and technology respectively from America, Germany and Sweden, we have two (600UST/1000UST) aluminum molding extrusion production lines, one 80T aluminum shaft barking machine, two flattening machines and one heat treatment aging furnace machine. The alloy types include 1070, 2017, 2024, 3003, 5052, 5056, 6063, 6061, 6082 and 7075Quality standards: GB/T6892-2000 and JIS H4100.Our company has obtained ISO9001:2000 certificate.We employ senior technicians to control the whole production.
