The pH value of the substrate should beless than 10, and the substrate temperature our recommendation is more than 10°C. The substrate water content should be less than 10%.Cleaning before treatment should be made with Fluren 37, Basic Cleaner.Slightly chalking or absorbent surfaces should be primed with Flugger Sealer.Apply by brush, roller or by spraying.May be diluted with up to 10% water, depending on substrate and temperature.Does not isolate penetration from water-soluble dyes, water blotches and nicotine.
