Air nozzle/ wind jet nozzle delivers high-impact air knife, flat streams of compressed air. F WindJet Nozzle features a high impact,flat fan distribution of compressed air. It is available in durable ABS plastic or aluminum alloy.It produces a quiet,efficient ,controlled flat fan distribution of compressed air.The air stream is discharged through 16precision orifices that ensure uniform distribution and spray pattern integrity. It fits through 1/4 inch inlet connection wity BSPT male screwthread.Two convenient mounting holes on the ABS model ensure correct positioning on the header or manifold or fixed applications,offering uniform distribution of air curtain. Plastic F WindJet Nozzle withstands temperatures up to 77°C at 7 bar. While aluminum alloy F WindJet Nozzle withstands temperature of 250°C and pressure about 30 bar. The nozzles are designed for collong, drying, and blow-off applications in conveyor, ckean-in-place,and hand-held setups. Side by side positioning provides an effective air curtain Maximum operating pressure for each is 100psi. The air stream is discharged through 16 orifice recessed between protective ribs.
