Rizhao Shanhe Fodder Co., Ltd., founded on June 11, 2003, has 186 employees, mainly engaged in purchasing agricultural and sideline products, processing and selling fodders, cultivating freshwater fish and import and export business. At present, our company has total assets of USD0.9 million, fixed assets of USD0.2 million, net assets of USD0.5 million and a 45% asset-liability ratio. We have an annual production capacity of 80,000 tons of fodders, including 10,000 tons of premix fodders, 15,000 tons of concentrated fodders, 20,000 tons of full-value granulated fodders and 35,000 fodders for export. The aquacultural fodders of our company have been well praised by customers since the launching in the market. The fish fed by those fodders, such as carps, crucian carps, loaches, Siniperca chuatsis, etc., has been exported to Japan, Korea and other countries. We were honored as the "City Leading Enterprise of Agricultural Industrialization" by Rizhao Municipal People's Government in October, 2007. We have set up the Haihui aquacultural farm at Hubuling Reservoir, covering a water area of more than 10,000mu, and at present our farm keeps more than 800 boxes of carps, 500 boxes of crucian carps and 200 boxes of Siniperca chuatsis, with an annual fresh fish export volume of around 8,000 tons. We were rewarded as the "National-level Sound Aquacultural Model Base" by the State Administration of Ocean and Fisheries in 2008 and the "City Aquacultural Standardization Model Base" in Feb. 2009, and were designated as the "special food supplier for the National Sports Games of freshwater fish in Rizhao area". Our total sales volume of fodders for livestock, poultry and fish is about 18,000 tons. Our granulated fodders made of dry melons have been exported to Japan, and fodders made of corns and bran as well as granulated fodders made of peanut coat have been exported to Korea, with an annual fodder export volume of around 50,000 tons.
