1. designCoal gas gasifier station, Hot dirty coal gas(350-550), produced by coal gasifier, firstly goes into the double pipe riser, cooled and cleared by hot circulating water, most of the dusts in the gas discharge along with hot circulating water from the hydraulic packing at the bottom of double pipe riser, the temperature of the gas falls to 80-90 after being clear; the gas enters into the tar implement through the isolation hydraulic packing with the tar in the gas been got rid of, then enters into padding scrubbing tower, the left dusts being got rid of when the gas passes russey porcelain link in the tower, cooled and cleared again by the hot circulating water at the same time, the temperature falls down to 35-45; here the gas goes into the drop catcher again through the isolation hydraulic packing, the left water drops being cleared up,after being compressed by the coal gas compressing machine, the gas is transported through transport conduit to various burners.2.use Mainly used in machine, metallurgy, non-ferrous metal, chinaware, glass, chemical industries.
